Refund policy

Returns within 14 days. You can return any unworn, unwashed piece with its tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to return. Email isaaclaskine97@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges. Because each piece is made in runs of ten, sizes can sell out. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.

Pre-orders. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing isaaclaskine97@gmail.com.

Final sale. Items marked final sale and eyewear with removed protective film cannot be returned unless faulty.
