Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Lémanoir (lemanoiratelier.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pre-orders. Pieces are made in limited runs. Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship when produced. Colours and details may vary slightly from images. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil.

Pricing. Prices are set in Canadian dollars and converted for other currencies at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other listed providers. We do not store your card details.

Discount codes. Codes are limited to one per customer unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

Returns. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy. Shipping follows our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property. The Lémanoir name, chalet emblem, cursive mark, designs, photographs and site content belong to Lémanoir and may not be used without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.
