What is Lémanoir?
Lémanoir is a quiet-luxury menswear label inspired by Geneva and Lake Léman. We make overshirts, down jackets, knitwear, heavyweight tees, sunglasses and leather goods. The name blends Léman, the lake, with manoir, the French word for manor. It is pronounced lay-mahn-WAHR.
Where is Lémanoir based?
Lémanoir is designed and shipped from Montréal, Québec, Canada. The collections draw on Geneva, Lake Léman and the Swiss Alps.
What does made in runs of ten mean?
Each style is produced in a numbered run of ten pieces per colour. When a run sells out it is not remade, and sold-out pieces move to the archive.
How does pre-ordering work?
Drop 01 pieces are sold on pre-order. You are charged when you order, your piece is made in its run of ten, and it ships in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. We email tracking the day it ships.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method.
Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide from Montréal. Rates are in Canadian dollars and depend on parcel weight. Canada: standard from $12, express from $20, free standard shipping over $200. United States: tracked from $16, free over $350. UK, EU and Switzerland: tracked from $24, free over $500. Rest of the world: tracked from $28. The exact rate is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take once my order ships?
Canada 2 to 6 business days, the United States 4 to 8, the UK, EU and Switzerland 6 to 12, and the rest of the world 7 to 20 business days.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, payable on delivery unless shown as included at checkout. United States customers: since the US ended its duty-free limit for small parcels, clothing made outside North America can be charged import duties on delivery.
What is the return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed piece with its tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number first and we will send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
How do Lémanoir pieces fit?
Tees are a classic fit, slightly oversized. Knitwear and hoodies are relaxed, not oversized. Outerwear is cut with room to layer over a knit. Take your usual size; each product page has a size chart in centimetres.
What are the tees made of?
Our tees are 260 gsm combed cotton, garment-washed for a soft hand, with screen-printed or embroidered details.
How can I track my order?
Sign in at lemanoiratelier.com/pages/account with the email you ordered with to see your orders, their production status and tracking. You can also use the link in your order confirmation email.
